Drake snorted, "Lucky for her. If she had come any earlier, I would have let the fire consume her."

"But we can't mess with her family," Kale said with a frown.

"I know. That's why I didn't kill her when she talked like that."

"What do we do now?"

"Find a place for me to stay."

"I've already arranged it."

"It should be near Debra's apartment."

"But that woman is trouble."
