"What?" Drake was taken aback.

Seeing people already entering the banquet hall, he quickly grabbed Debra and pushed her into Kale's arms. "Take her away."

"Yes, boss." Kale dragged Debra toward a nearby corridor.

"My shoe!" Debra's shoe had accidentally fallen.

Drake spotted it and kicked it under the sofa. But the people on the first floor couldn't escape in time.

Bert entered with Liza, only to be greeted by a lurid scene.

Liza grew more disgusted with him. She then remembered the aim of her visit.

"You brought Debra to this kind of banquet. Does that mean you've been having an affair with her? Where is she? Hand her over."

"Debra?" Drake muttered with feigned confusion. "Didn't you ask me to send her back?"

"Stop lying!" Liza's voice rose, trembling with anger. "The maid at home told me everything. You brought her here and prepared all those expensive jewels. If you're not interested in her, then what's this supposed to mean?"
