Aimee finished the last bite of her noodles and set down her bowl, looking at Patrick. "So, what are your thoughts now? Do you have any plans to open a restaurant?"

Patrick handed Aimee a napkin to wipe her mouth before answering. "Honestly, I don't have any specific ideas. I'll be investing money and helping with the menu, but ultimately it will depend on their vision. Mikayla is very unpredictable and always exploring new things, so it's probably best to discuss this with Ivy."

"I think Damion wants all of us to invest in the restaurant and have Ivy as the main operator," Aimee said.

"He doesn't want Ivy to sacrifice her career for him or their family by leaving the company," Patrick explained. "From his perspective, he wants to plan ahead for her future."

Aimee nodded in agreement. "That's why Mikayla and I suggested that we don't make any final decisions yet and keep Ivy excited about this project.
