Chapter Eleven

Sahaan’s grandmother was well aware of her granddaughter's feelings towards Ahmed.

Nothing can remain hidden from the experienced eyes of the elders. Her grandmother many times saw how Sahaan secretly gazes at Ahmed and how she does all his work, pretending his mother did it.

"Sahaan, you just make sure to keep him away from that cunning girl. Ahmed is innocent, so protect him from her,” she pleads with teary eyes.

"Don’t worry, grandma! I won’t let him make any rash decisions,” Sahaan promises grandmother.

When they’re out of their grandmother’s room, Amrah stops Sahaan.

“Who is the girl grandma mentioned? I’m sure you know her!” she asks with a twinkle in her eyes, Amrah knew who it was. Her eyes said it all.

"I don't know. It’s better if you ask her yourself," Sahaan shakes her head, walking away from her.

Sahaan was strolling towards her room when all of a sudden someone yanked towards an empty corridor. Startled at the sudden jerk she was about to scream, but someone puts their hand over her mouth, her scream muffled.

"laughing so much with Hammad? never knew you were so close.” a husky voice whispers in her ear, taunt clearly visible in their tone.
