Chapter Forty Eight

"So, I'm right. You rejected her because of me, right? Because I troubled your sister?" Ahmed asks him Hammad mockingly laughs at him.

"If I do that then there will be no difference between you and me, I never saw your sister like that. She was and will remain as a little sister to me and I never lead her on! As for Amirah yes, we both like each other and I'll be asking for her hand very soon. The difference here was your sister loved me and me and Amirah are in love with each other. Your sister is a third person in our love, she might be my little sister but I won't let her ruin my happiness." Saying this to Ahmed he leaves the kitchen.

Ahmed sighs hearing his words, he knew Hammad was completely right. He was wrong he shouldn't have tried to convince Hammad to marry Azra.

He should stop his sister from doing any foolish thing because she is actually the third person in their love.

Taking a deep breath and a chocolate from the fridge he goes towards Sahaan's room to give this to her.

As he was moving towards her room, he suddenly see Sahaan and Azaad sitting in lounge talking with each other, laughing.

Jealousy swirls in his body, his jaw clenching.

"I'll have to do something." Muttering, he saunters towards them.

"What are you both doing here?" Ahmed asks both of them who were talking to each other.

Azaad laughs seeing the couple’s antics.

"You can't make me a cup of tea but you're making brownies for that rat?" Ahmed literally asks her like a whining child stomping his feet.

Seeing his actions, she tries to muffle her laugh by biting her lips.

"Haw! Have some shame, calling your brother a rat?" Sahaan scolds him who looks like a child sulking for not getting a cup of tea from his beloved wife.

He grumbles something under his breath and stomps out of the kitchen, Sahaan laughs seeing him. He walks towards his room smiling at her laugh.
