Daniella couldn't help but gasp. Panic was evident in her eyes.

Shannon remained unfazed as she swiftly flicked three talismans from her hand. The talismans deftly swathed the crystal orb layer by layer until the glowing substance, now hanging in midair, ceased its retreat.

Shannon watched as the talismans encasing the crystal orb turned to black ash one by one.

She summoned three more talismans to trap the crystal orb. With a swift motion of her fingers, she seemed to grasp the glowing substance, guiding it along the red thread into Rachelle's forehead.

In the blink of an eye, as the glow melded into Rachelle's brow, the crimson thread linking the crystal orb to the void vanished into thin air.

Simultaneously, the crystal orb, now surrounded by six talismans, began to shake violently.

Daniella was petrified. She was too terrified to even glance at Rachelle.
