Landon satin his chair as he clutched his chest and took deep breaths. He felt that he had to change his perspective about Lily. 

She had effortlessly secured a modest two–bedroom renovation project worth over 300 thousand dollars in days. Then came Xavier’s luxury villa and Terence’s project! 

How could she be considered trouble? She was a goldmine! 

“Lily, I knew from the moment you arrived that you were no ordinary people. Do your best with Mr. Devereux’s project. I’ll contact the headquarters and let them know you’re too busy. We’ll have Nadia handle Mr. Fulton instead.” Landon’s attitude shifted as fast as lightning. 

He called the headquarters right in front of Lily and submitted the design plans she had prepared for the Devereux family to prove he was not lying 

The headquarters approved Nadia as Lily’s replacement for liaising with Xavier. 

Lily felt that the matter of Glenview Villa was nearly wrapped up. She returned to her desk and noticed that Maryanne had replied to her message on WhatsApp 

She had tailored her designs to appeal to younger tastes. The entire look favored a modern and stylish aesthetic which Terence found satisfactory. 

However, Marika had a different opinion. She thought her son should reserve a room for them at his house and chose the master bedroom on the first floor, requesting a rather vintage design and asking for some adjustments to be made. 

Lily worried that the Devereux family might accept whatever she designed to make things easy for her. 

She was relieved by the feedback. She felt more at ease and spent the entire afternoon updating the plans. 

While she was busy with the Devereux family’s design, the other designers were swamped with work for Glenview Villa’s project. 

Glenview Villa recerved over 20 design proposals in just three or four days. 

Timothy submitted them all to Xavier, who skimmed through them rapidly and rejected over a dozen in quick succession 

His eyes landed on Nadia’s signature in the bottom right corner when he opened Lupier’s proposal. It was the only submission from Lupler. 

He frowned “Is this all?” 

“Mr Fulton, Lupier explained that Ms. Cooper and Mrs. Fulton work for the same company, so they decided to submit only one proposal” Timothy had wisely inquired about it beforehand when he noticed it wasn’t Lily’s design. 

“Did I choose this based on the company?” aver closed his laptop with a displeased expression. 

“Of course not.” Timothy knew full well what he chose. “But it’s not about what you choose. The important thing is Mrs. Fulton declined.” 

Such a massive project could rake in profits that would make anyone’s hands cramped from counting. Perhaps Lily simply wanted to avoid the hassle 

Xavier closed the images, and the dimmed screen reflected his sharply n refined features. 

“Mr. Fulton, which design do you think its best? Timothy hoped to finalize the decision and move on to the next task
