Chapter 39 Goodbye Sulie

I

Sulie furiously packs her things. Thereafter, she got out of her room and went to Toremo’s room, who has no knowledge yet that the King already ordered for Sulie to leave the palace.

She knocked on Toremo’s door and after a while, Toremo opened the door still sleepy.

“Sulie, what it is again? I am still tired.” Toremo said with irritation in his tone.

Sulie frowned and hissed. “Toremo, you are still sleeping while I am already about to be thrown out from this palace?!”

“What? What are you talking about?” Suddenly, Toremo has been fully awakened

“I was told by Dreckos just minutes ago that the King already ordered that I need to leave this palace today,” Sulie said on the verge of crying.

Toremo think for a while then whispered to Sulie, “It is much better if you are inside Sulie, we will just meet outside. You need to spy on the activities at the Knostican Palace. Once I am the King already of either Glodeous or Knostican, I will get you again.”

Sulie looked at Toremo and tears almost fell, she nodded. “You promised me Toremo?”

“Yes, Sulie; I promised you. So don’t be sad and go. Everything has a purpose; you have to bear that in mind.” Toremo whispered again and smiled at Sulie.

Sulie now smiling gave Toremo a quick kiss on his lips and turned her back.

Toremo followed Sulie with his gaze while having some deep thoughts. He then got inside his room, freshened up, and went to the Palace’s Throne hall hoping that the King is there already.

Unfortunately, King Timodore was not at the Throne’s hall.

Timodore intently looked at the King’s throne with dazzle in his eyes.

Sulie with her medium size luggage on her shoulder walked through the corridor of the palace going outside. Before she could finally get out, Dreckos saw her.

“Sulie, our driver is waiting for you at the parking area; so go there so that it will not be difficult for you to find for a cab anymore,” Dreckos instructed him, which she only answered with a nod.

From a distance, Queen Asalea while walking saw Sulie with her bag going out of the palace.

“I see, come my Queen, I will accompany you going to the training ground,” Dreckos said while waiting for the Queen to start walking.

They are walking already going to the training ground when they passed-by at Toremo who was standing by the door watching the training ground too.

“Toremo, have you seen the King?” It was Dreckos who asked.

Toremo suddenly looked at them and gave Queen Asalea a generous smile.

“He is at the left end side Dreckos. By the way Dreckos, I was surprised that Sulie was hastily thrown out of the palace today. What happened?” Toremo asked as if innocent.

Dreckos looked at Toremo intensely, “Why do you think so Toremo?”

“Well I am not aware, that was why I asked.” Toremo retorted with a hint of irritation in his tone.

“Oh, didn’t you know that you and Sulie’s moaning this morning gave the King the final decision to throw her out?” Greckos replied back with a smirk in his voice.

Queen Asalea, who is just listening to the bantering of the two men, was so surprised upon hearing Dreckos words. As she glanced at Toremo, she noticed the shock in his expression.
