Chapter 43 Something Serious

I

Queen Asalea is on her tenth week of pregnancy already and while her pregnancy is nearing its full term, Queen Asalea’s body is getting weaker. Fetus vampire usually grows rapidly inside their mother’s womb. She has a really big tummy and her baby inside seems to kick rapidly and oftentimes. Four or five weeks more to wait and she will be giving birth.

The Glodeous Vampires are all anticipating a new baby boy vampire who might be as gorgeous and as powerful as her King Father and Queen Mother.

As the new Glodeous heir is soon to arrive; Toremo is getting more upset. He is confused now about whom to really kill. Would it be King Timodore or his soon-to-be-borne heir?

Right now, he is again with Sulie. Out of confusion, he visited Sulie again at her Uncle’s place.

“Sulie, I am confused now. Even if King Timodore will be gone, his heir is soon to be borne; so, there is still no chance for me to be the King.” Toremo said while drastically seated himself on the couch beside Sulie.

Sulie laughed at Toremo. “Toremo, you are easily discouraged. What a weak Queen can do if his strong King is gone already? Think Toremo, think.”

“By the way, when can we speak with your Uncle? We need to speed up planning.” Toremo asked impatiently.

Sulie patted Toremo’s hand, “Relax Toremo, my Uncle is just finishing up something. He has a big transaction coming up, but he already promised to me that he will help us.”

“That’s good then Sulie. Thanks for always being around.” Toremo smiled at Sulie.

“Just remember Toremo; never leave me behind if you are up there already. I am a difficult person when gone mad.” Sulie retorted while touching Toremo’s face.

King Timodore and Queen Asalea visited again the Knostican Palace. In their, every visit Marshall could not contain his happiness to see the Queen.

“Queen Asalea, few more weeks and we will be seeing the heir to the thrones of the Knostican Kingdom and the Glodeous Kingdom. I promised to be a dotting uncle to him.” He chuckled as if he could believe that soon he will be an uncle to the woman whom he loved since childhood.

The Knostican Queen laughed. “I know you will be a dotting uncle Marshall, my friend. You seemed to be excited to be called as uncle already.”

“Yes I am; haha.” Marshall laughed as he guided the King and Queen of Knostican and Glodeous Kingdoms going to the thrones’ hall.

King Timodore’s furrowed more. “What did he say when he comes here. I did not know about that.”

“All he said was that he just wanted to feel the air of the new Kingdom of the Glodeous King.” Marshall replied in a low tone.

Both King Timodore and Queen Asalea looked at Marshall then glanced at each other thereafter, both furrowing.

“Marshall, we need to be more careful then. I am not sure about what’s inside Toremo’s mind; he is my nephew and supposedly my second heir to the throne when my son is born. Whatever he is planning; I need to discover soon and I hope you are wrong with your assumption.” King Timodore slowly stated while in his deep thoughts.

“We, therefore, need to add more guards here my love.” Queen Asalea suggested.

King Timodore nodded but in his mind, there is actually no need for it. He alighted from his throne.

“My love, come, I just need to roam around here; I need to do something.” He said inviting her to come with him to walk around the Knostican Palace.

As they walked around, King Timodore has been murmuring something like a spell that Queen Asalea could not understand. She just kept her silence. Every day her husband seems to be surprising her more and more. She has still a lot to discover about him.
