"Do you want to tell me about what happened? I mean what Robert did to your " Athena couldn’t complete her sentence, she just trailed off.

She was laying on his chest while drawing random patterns on his naked chest.His one hand was wrapped around her petite body and the other hand was playing with her soft hair.

A duvet was placed over their naked and tangled body lazily.

"This pack, Crescent Mystery pack, was originally founded by me."

Dominic started speaking but she couldn’t help but interrupt him in the first sentence only.

"What? This pack isn’t your father’s pack? You didn’t get it from your father?" She asked with a deep frown, raising her head from his chest a little to look at him.

"No, it’s not my father’s pack.My father’s pack was destroyed the moment he was killed.As I was very small and the beta was a betrayer, the pack broke apart." Dominic said in a low tone It sounded as if he was having difficulty in even talking about it, as if he was reliving it all over again.

"I am so sorry to hear that, Dominic." Athena said in a sad tone, feeling heartbroken for him already even though she didn’t know what happened completely.

"You don’t have anything to be sorry about.We both have been through a lot.Maybe that’s why the moon goddess made us for each other.So that we can heal each other."

Dominic said while kissing her forehead with love and assurance She closed her eyes to savour into the feeling of the kiss before opening her eyes and looking back at him.

"I have a lot of questions in my mind, Dominic." She spoke up, indirectly asking for permission to ask them.

His face went a little colder and distant.

But she knew it wasn’t because of her but because of the memory.

"Ask me." He said in a strained tone.

"Where did the pack members of your father’s pack go after the pack broke apart? Did they become rogues? Where were you when this happened? Where did you grow up until this pack was formed and how did you form this pack? I still have a lot of questions but these are the initial ones."

She said in one breath and let out some breath after she was done.

"That’s a lot of questions to ask at once, do you realise that?" He asked with an amused smile "Yes but you have to answer them all."

She said with a stubborn frown, not planning to let him go until he answers all her questions.

"Okay, after my parents were killed, that’s a story for another time, the pack members were taken in by the neighbouring packs as my father shared a really nice relationship with other packs.They were thankfully saved from being rogues.But…"
