Audrey shook her head, not showing much emotion.

It felt like she had been waiting for this day for thirty years, long enough for her hair to turn gray.

"Mom, does that mean you agree?"

Audrey nodded, still calm as ever. "I agree."

Caroline turned, her brow furrowed as she looked at Tristan. "Dad, since you and Mom are divorcing and she's agreed, we have no objections. But how are we going to do this? You owe us an explanation, don't you think?"

"The family estate, the savings, the car, the properties—everything in your mom’s name, I don’t want any of it. The company... and I won’t divide stocks in my name either..." He finally looked directly at Audrey. "Audrey, does that sound fair to you?"

Audrey gave a gentle smile. She picked up her rosary beads again, rolling them in her hand, and slowly closed her eyes. "Draft the agreement and bring it to me. I'll sign it."

"Dad, are you planning to marry that young actress?"

Caroline shouldn’t have asked more, but she felt indignant for Audrey. Being a Welton for thirty years hadn’t been easy. With Jeffrey’s recent passing, Tristan seemed all too eager to move on. Quickly getting a divorce to remarry—was that something a decent person would do?

"That’s none of your concern now. Since your mom has agreed, I'll have the lawyer draft the agreement as soon as possible." Tristan stood up, glancing at his watch. "I have other matters to attend to. You all go ahead and eat."

Eliza watched Tristan leave so casually and then looked back at the heavy expressions of the Welton siblings. She felt somewhat happy for Audrey.

"Casper, if you truly cannot get along with Eliza, then consider a divorce as well. While you're both still young, there’s no need to end up like me. This is Eliza’s life—how many years does she have to wait?"

Audrey's gaze was gentle yet profound as she quietly looked at her son, her voice calm yet tinged with an imperceptible sigh.

Caroline, always outspoken, chimed in, "I feel the same way. Some relationships should have ended long ago, yet they drag on without a divorce. Casper, if you don’t love Eliza, why keep dragging your feet and not divorce her?"

"Do you all think I should divorce her?" He turned his head slightly, his pupils contracting as his gaze fell on Eliza's cool profile, and coldly spoke, "What now? You convinced people to persuade me?"

Eliza couldn’t respond. Caroline couldn’t stand Casper's attitude towards Eliza. She took a deep breath, unable to hold back from advising, "Casper, you've got it all wrong about Eliza. She didn’t ask us to be any sort of mediators; it's just that we can't stand to watch this anymore. If you want to have a good life with Eliza, then please decisively cut ties with Nova.
