She felt like she was seeing the man he used to be all over again. His intense possessiveness almost overwhelmed her. Casper had always been in great shape; even if his back wasn't as smooth as it once was, his chest and abs were still impressive. Even now, as he held her waist with anger, resentment, jealousy, and a raw need to assert control, he was irresistibly sexy, sending shivers down her spine.

"Will you ever change for me?" she asked, wrapping her arms around his neck and gently biting his earlobe, her voice dripping with allure.

He didn’t pause, his breath growing hotter. He gazed at her with eyes full of desire, watching her face flush with pleasure, bit by bit...

Desire flared up again. He pressed his hand against the back of her head, kissing her fiercely. Yet, his bites were tender, almost careful.

Who knows how long it lasted? Their sweat mingled, marking the end of their passionate encounter. He slipped off his jacket, draped it over her, straightened his clothes, and carried her out of the nightclub.

Dillon saw him leave, quickly putting out his cigarette and approached. "Mr. Casper."

"Drive us home," Casper instructed, his voice cool but with a hint of raspiness.

Dillon nodded, "Yes, sir."

"You pushed my buttons today just to get me to agree to treatment?" he asked, his voice rough, his breath hot.

He finally let his guard down, holding her tight. She was thrilled, knowing that, despite the tactics she used, his willingness to accept the suggestion was the best outcome.

Her small hand gently pinched his ear. "I'll be there with you."

He took her hand in his, kissed it softly. "No need. I want you to see a new me when I come back."

"Mhm," she agreed, lifting her face to offer her lips. He entwined their fingers and kissed her. From now on, it seemed they were partners in fate.

Their breaths mingled, the lights flickered. His lips traveled down her neck, kissing her first inch of warmth, their feelings intertwining like a delicate web...
