The honor of hosting the event rotated among the affluent families every year. 

This year it was the turn of the Chambers family. 

The race was held at the newly built Central Park Racecourse a project of the Chambers family that was less than six months old. The racecourse hadn’t even been officially opened yet, and it was already hosting such a grand event. This delighted Jeff to no end!
