(Stacey)

"W-What? What do you mean?" she asked, her voice trembling a little.

She has mixed emotions. She feels a bit giddy and at the same time afraid. His eyes have a certain glint which is hard to place.

Then his face softened. "I like you."

That made her more shocked than she already is. He leaned forward to touch her cheek.

"I more than like you..I want you.." he said huskily.

As if in hypnotized, she is just staring at him in awe. Her mouth is slightly open. That is the most unexpected thing she heard from him . He was about to kiss her which broke her trance. She pushed him away from her.

"NO!"she protested and his expression hardened again. He straightened and his hands went to the steering wheel to grip it.

"What do you mean no?" he asked with a very cold tone. His eyes are very hard.

She can't stand the stare so she turned her head to look out the window. " You are Heather's boyfriend."

She didn't hear any reaction from him. It's impossible to have a relationship with him so she has to make her message come across. Maybe what she will say next will make him stop doing all these.

" Stay away from me sir. I already have a boyfriend. " she added.

I can't handle someone like you. You will just break me to pieces when you decide to leave me for other women. I don't want to be your toy. I won't let you do that to me. I can't do that to myself..she thought sadly.

"Who is your boyfriend?" she heard him asked chillingly.

She played with her fingers on her lap.Deep inside, she is waiting for him to say that he is not Heather's boyfriend but he didn't deny nor confirm it which somehow hurts.

What's the matter with her? What is she thinking?

She shook her head slightly. She needs to clear her head. She is as complicated as he is.

"You don't need to know, sir ." she said, trying to make her voice neutral. She doesn't want him to notice that she's bluffing.

(Nick)

Chill Alcantara! You need to have your head examined! Dammit! He scolded himself.

He made a slip again. He didn't plan to tell her how he feels. Tanya is right, he shouldn't let his emotions get the better of him. His jealousy and his desire for Stacey are clouding his disposition.

"Who is your boyfriend? Your former boss or that bar owner you are with tonight?" he asked icily.

Okay, so he is not her half-sister's boyfriend but he was with another woman tonight and he just left her like that. She feels sorry for her. She doesn't want to be one of his women because she doesn't want to be treated like that.

(Nick)

He released a heavy sigh before he stepped on the gas to drive slowly to her house. He is not regretful that he told her about Heather although he didn't plan to do that tonight but he has to make her like him as Nick. If he made her keep believing that he is with her sister, his chance would be slim.

She hasn't seen Derick but she liked him, then the more that she should like him as Nick. His ego is hurt big time because she said that she doesn't find him attractive. She already has a bad opinion of him and his not being able to control his emotions probably made it worse. Sooner or later she will discover that Derick and Nick are the same person so she should like him as Nick before that happens. She has to accept everything about him not only his looks and money but also his high-handed attitude, his being moody and especially his being very possessive.

She is determined not to be lured by his charms. Next time she meets Derick, she will agree to be his girlfriend. She is better off with him. Nick will just break her heart. She wants to save herself from being hurt.

She was about to open her door when Nick said, " I have never wooed a woman but I will give it a try this time with you. Sorry if I have been rude and I acted like a beast tonight at the restaurant. I am not a violent person. I try to control myself most of the time but I am only human. I am not perfect. I really want you to like me Stacey. I am not as bad as you think I am." he said while he is intensely looking at her.

"Sir, I am sure a lot of more beautiful women out there want to be your girlfriend. You can take your pick. I already have a boyfriend so you can't woo me. I will be cheating on him if I let you pursue me." she said in a calm voice.

She should try to be less defiant . The more she disagrees with him, the worse things will be. Whether she likes it or not, he is her boss. They have to work together harmoniously. One thing she mustn't forget though is, she should do her best to resist his charms .She needs a lot of luck in doing that. She almost crossed her fingers with the thought.

"I am the right man for you Stacey and you are the perfect woman for me. You will be mine, never forget that." he said with confidence while eating her with his eyes.

You are mine and I will not let any one take you away from me. Nick added to himself.
