"And you're not pregnant?" Ryder stood in the bathroom doorway at 4 am watching me throw up everything I'd earlier consumed.

"N-" I tried to be convincing but my vomit didn't help my case.

"Take this Natalia." He opened the drawer and set a box on the counter.

"NO!" I knocked it into the sink before resuming to barf. He walked behind me and held my hair.

"Are you scared?"

"Of wh-" The last of the vomit pushed its way out of my throat. I stood and wiped my mouth and flushed the toilet.

"Baby." He said as I took the test out of the sink.

"What?" I began brushing my teeth.

"Take the test."

I scrubbed my tongue and shook my head.

"Why not?"

"Because I'm not pregnant and that's a waste of time."

I rinsed out my mouth and went back into the room.

"So what?" He sat on the bed.

"WHY THE FUCK ARE YOU ASSUMING SHIT?! I SAID I'M NOT FUCKING PREGNANT! THAT SHOULD BE THE FUCKING END OF IT!" I yelled... it was unintentional, I didn't mean to raise my voice. I wasn't even mad.

"So you're telling me that I shouldn't at least assume the worst? MOOD SWINGS, FUCKING THROWING UP EVERYTHING, GAINING WEIGHT REGARDLESS OF YOUR FAST METABOLISM! ANY MAN IN HIS RIGHT MIND WOULD ASSUME THAT SHIT!" He argued back. But my mind only swarmed around one word.

"Worst?" I whispered.

"That's not what I meant- NATALIA!" He yelled as I walked out of the room. I wasn't going anywhere but in the kitchen.

"Natalia I'm sorry." He met me downstairs as I dipped pickles in Nutella.

"For what? Whether you don't want kids or you just don't want me to have your kids, I completely understand."

"And that's why I'm sorry... when you told me you weren't pregnant today I found myself high upset."
