The club members were standing outside watching things being moved into Sammy's apartment in the basement next door. They saw the Van and heard the bikes roaring towards the club compound. As the Van stopped in the driveway of the VP's house they saw Sammy being picked up by Wolf and carried to the side door and down the steps. No one was told her condition but from what they saw of her and the looks on the returning club members it was not good.
Doc followed them downstairs and watched as she was laid down on the bed. Diamond and Donna ran a bath for Sammy and then chased the men out of the room. They looked over towards Sammy and noticed her eyes open but she did not acknowledge we were there. We walked over to the bed and sat her up and then stood her up and walked her to the bathroom. We undressed her and gasped at the scares on her body. We helped her to get into the tub and then washed her body and hair. When that was done we got her out dried her off and dressed her in a long shirt and shorts.
Then we walked her to her living room where Donna towel dried Sammy's hair and brushed it out. I brought her a sandwich and soup and fed Sammy. We noticed that she didn't blink or move unless she was told to do something. Donna said she is like a zombie. I was angry about what Jackie had Snake done to my sister. I said. Jackie is so going to pay for this.
I said. Watch her will you? I am going to talk to Wolf about Jackie. Donna looked at Sammy and said. Would you like to watch your favorite show Sister Wives? Sammy didn't say anything. Donna turned on the tv to Sister Wives and watched Sammy. Sammy did not pay attention to it she just stared out the window. She did not even pet her small dog Princess who was licking Sammy's cheek.
I turned to Sammy and talked about what had happened since she had been gone and how much everyone missed her and continued to look for her. I even told her that Wolf had destroyed his office and the clubhouse three times when they could not find her. Then I talked to her about how William and I are dating now. And how happy we are. I looked close and thought I saw a tear flow down Sammy's face.
Sammy, can you hear me she asked? Sammy did not turn her head. Sammy, please let me know if you can hear me. Nothing. I continued to sit with Sammy then I stood up and walked to the kitchen making coffee. I knew Sammy liked her coffee. I brought back two coffee cups and sat them on the coffee table. I brought a cup of coffee Sammy. I made it the way you like it.
I looked down at my hands and whispered. I don't know what to do. I don't like seeing you this way. When I looked up and over toward Sammy I noticed that Sammy was sleeping.
