I was stretching when Rock and Shawn arrived. I hugged them and shown them the room they would use. While they settled in I walked back outside to finish stretching before going for my 10-mile run. I put my earplugs in and started my run. I returned to the cabin to find Rock waiting to start my self-defense and attack moves. By 8:00 that night I was so sore I could barely move. I ate dinner and then socked in the tub before going to bed.

I slept threw the night. I did not even hear the lone wolf howling in the middle of the night. I woke up and ate breakfast before starting my training again. Rock was really impressed with the progress that I had made. I had 3 more months to practice and then my fight. I heard that Sky was not doing as well. Kelly has been watching her like a hawk.
