Miles wanted to explain and mediate, but before he could speak, Rose crouched down and gently stroked Mr. Young Senior’s furrowed brow.

Kelly attempted to get off the bed. With needles in her hand for the IV, the needle accidentally shifted and caused the tubing on her hand to start bleeding. 

Mr. Young Senior saw this and immediately shifted his attention from Kelly. 

“Kelly, don’t move,” he urged. Miles was concerned about him falling and quickly supported him. 

However, Mr. Young Senior was solely focused on Kelly. Hearing Kelly’s painful cry, Mr. Young Senior couldn’t care less about himself.

Although Miles didn’t like Kelly, he couldn’t defy Mr. Young Senior’s words. Miles grabbed Kelly, and Patrick swiftly called a doctor to remove the IV needle from her hand.
