When they reached the village, they managed to locate the house as mentioned by Fang Yi.

The person who opened the door was a middle-aged lady whose entire face was filled with burn scars.

It was a scary sight to behold.

The lady couldn’t help feeling startled at the sight of Chen Hao and the rest of them.

Perhaps she was worried that her hideous face would frighten the strangers standing before her, thus she was holding her head low in embarrassment.
