Kim had a sudden visitor, so she couldn’t come with me to go to church that afternoon.

"Your tire is flat!"

I heard someone shout. I saw the gray car and I knew who was driving it.

"Have mercy. If I were you, I'd just walk. If your car could talk, it must have been complaining for a long time. It might even cry because you're heavy!"

"You're a jerk!"

"Fat!"

"Put that car aside and get out!"

"No way!"

"I'll beat you and I won't stop until you've had a lot of bruises on your face. You'll see!"

Kier let out a loud laugh. "You need to lose weight! I swear, your car will be happy. Believe me!"

"I said get out of the car! Coward!" Both my ears warmed up. I showed him my fist.

"Bye, Fatty!" he said and sarcastically laughed. His car sped up until I could no longer see it.

I took a deep breath. I calmed myself. I'm going to the holy church this afternoon. I don't want to go there if I'm still upset.

Deep breath!

WHEN I came to church there were a lot of people. I looked for space to park my car.

I was surprised when I got out of the car, I saw Kier.

"What are you doing here, huh?" I gave him a disgusted look. "Don’t tell me you’re going to listen to the holy words?"

"Isn't it obvious?"

"My advice to you is, don't go inside the church," I said sarcastically. "There is no doubt that you will be burned. Remember, there are innocent people inside the church. Seek another place to hide your wickedness."

Kier chuckled. "Wow, nice one. Can't you think of anything more effective than what you said? You can't annoy me with an attack like that."

Kier doesn't seem to be affected. He even smiled at me, intentionally showing me his white teeth. I chose not to speak and just turned my back on him. I didn't want to make a scene because we were already in front of the church.

I entered the church. 'I didn't look at him even though he was following behind me. I didn’t care about his presence. Most of all, I don’t want to spoil my mood.

I looked around inside the church for a moment to find a seat. I saw an empty seat, I approached it and then sat down.

I felt someone sitting next to me. I hesitated to look at who it was. My attention was focused on the altar. I signed off the cross when the mass began. I looked at the person sitting next to me.

I almost fell from my seat, when I saw his face. Kier!

"Pst, quiet..." Kier put a finger to his lips when he saw that I was about to speak.

Is he kidding?

Haist! Why is this guy so numb?

I simply looked around inside the church. There are many vacant seats. Why did he choose to sit next to me?

I calmed myself.

I didn’t pay attention to him. I focused on listening to the holy words from Father Sebastian.
