“Of course not! There’s more,” Falcon responded smilingly, “I threw this party for everyone to have fun and experience exciting things. Why would the strip show be the only event? That’d be boring.”

Bonnie was curious as she raised her brow and asked, “Oh, what are the other events?”

“Relax. You’ll find out soon enough,” Falcon said while winking at “Bonnie” mysteriously.

She said, “Just give it to me straight instead of being so evasive.”

“That would take the fun out of everything, that’s why.” Falcon continued to keep Bonnie on her toes. “It’s best to keep things a mystery.”

Suddenly, someone opened the door, and he smiled creepily. “Speak of the devil. You’re in for a treat now, Barrett.”

‘What’s that supposed to mean?’ Bonnie wondered as she looked toward the stage. The lighting was bright, and all she saw were blurred figures. It seemed they were placing something massive onto the stage.

Once the light faded a little, the scent of blood wafted. Bonnie squinted, and what she saw made her shiver. Several mangled and bloodied people were in a locked cage. They had been tortured before getting put onto the stage.

“They’re…” Falcon paused to keep her in suspense. Then, he observed her and said, “...the Nidhoggs.”

Bonnie was shocked but did not show it. Even so, she had always cared about and treated those in her organization like family.

Meanwhile, Falcon focused on her reaction as he told her who those tortured people were. He wanted to see if Bonnie would launch a rescue mission for her fellow Nidhoggs. However, his plan had failed yet again.
