Bonnie sat in the lecture hall and opened the file on her table. After reading several pages, she saw Jim from the corner of her eyes.

He disguised himself as a security guard and stood at the door. Once he noticed her looking at him, he gestured for her to go outside.

Bonnie nodded and closed the file. Meanwhile, some of her fellow students saw her leaving. They could not help but mutter to each other.

“That security guard seems to be hanging out with Bonnie a lot. Do you guys think there’s something funny happening between them?”

The student’s friend glared at him and scolded, “Hush! Keep your voice down.”

“What’s wrong? Why are you so worked up? I was just speaking my thoughts.”

“Do you ever use your head? You saw what happened to those three troublemakers earlier. They were arrested for slandering Bonnie. Many others had crossed her, too, and things never ended well for them.

“It happened to Trina and Eliose. How are you still spouting nonsense? Are you trying to get yourself in trouble, too?”

The student was frightened when he heard what his friend said. Then, he quickly covered his mouth.

At that moment, one of the students stared at Jim as the latter left. The former said, “Hey, guys, look at that security guard. I know he’s wearing a mask, but don’t you think his stature and hair remind you of someone?”

This particular student was a fan of Jim’s. The former had read every piece of information about Jim on the internet. The more he looked at the security guard, the more he thought the person resembled Jim.

Jim nodded. “Understood. I’ll see that it’s done.”

Chester used his connections and talked to many people. Finally, he secured a chance to visit his daughter in prison. When Chester and Sharron arrived, they noticed how pale Eloise looked. Chester felt heartbroken and enraged.

“Goodness, Eloise. How can you be so foolish?! You could hire people to do whatever you want, but you didn’t have to send people to cause trouble at Pyralis University. The whole mess cast a terrible light on the university. I’m willing to believe someone from the university informed the military to arrest you.”

Eloise shook her head as tears rolled down her cheeks. “I didn’t do it! You have to get me out of here! Please, Mom and Dad!”
