Michelle pressed her lips, clenching her fists tightly. Without a hint of remorse, her tone filled with righteous indignation as she retorted, "So what if it's me? I just can't stand her. I don't want her to have it easy. The more you defend her, the more uncomfortable she makes me feel. I despise her."

Frank's brow furrowed, his expression growing chilly.

Michelle interjected before he could continue, "Are you itching to hit me again? But you know perfectly..."

"That's enough!" It seemed that Michelle had hit a nerve. Frank interrupted her and said to Harper, "Harper, what do you think..."

Harper, with an indifferent tone, lightly pressed her lips together. "So you're willing to commit illegal acts just because you dislike me? Michelle, honestly, it's not worth it. If I were you, I'd voluntarily go to Louisa, persuade her to withdraw from the competition, and publicly apologize. Then, I wouldn't pursue this matter any further."

After all, Harper was still in the competition herself and didn't want to escalate things unnecessarily.

Harper smiled meaningfully, "So, you're not admitting to it?"

Harper nodded in acquiescence, then smiled faintly, "So be it. I hope you stick to your stance no matter what happens. If you waver, I'll lose respect for you."

But Harper cut him off. "Frank, I prefer to handle this myself. Your involvement would only complicate matters. I have no ties with her, so I don't need to consider her feelings."
