After about half an hour, Harper was pushed out of the examination room by a nurse. The doctor said, "It was abdominal pain caused by contractions. It may have been caused by the pregnant woman's mood. Normally, she needs to maintain a happy mood. She needs to stay in the hospital for observation tonight. If the pain continues, it might affect the baby, and then she would need to stay in the hospital to protect the fetus."

Annie quickly thanked them and then followed the nurse to take Harper to a single ward.

When Harper was on her way back to the ward, she met the doctor who had previously gone to the villa to check on her. Seeing it was Harper, he immediately asked, "Mrs. Martin?"

Annie glanced at him and nodded slightly.
