3rd Person’s POV

After reaching home from the reception, everyone was very tired but all the elders went to the launge and sat on the sofas. They were discussing about Rayaan’s marriage. Rayaan and Zamid were also sitting with the elders as their oppinions matter a lot. Zayn had already sent hana to her room in a very strict way. Hana looked very scared when Zayn told her to go in her room and not to come out of there until someone calls her.

All the other youngsters were evesdropping on the elder’s discussion.

“I don’t know what is wrong with Rayaan Bhai! Why hana! There are lots of other girls that he can choose from but no! He just has to go for Hana! Seriously guys!” Samman said in an annoyed but hushed tone. The others also nodded at this.

Zayn was listening to it but he remained silent. He was getting angry at Samman because she was using a tone which was portraying Hana as an annoyance.

“Okay so then it is decided that we will get them married after hana is done with her BS. We will not be discussing it with her at all because it can affect her tempo in studies as the kids are already living in the same house! It will be really awkward for both of them and I don’t want any type of Haram (Forbidden) thing going on between my children!” Hana’s father, Asfand said this after all the discussion. He was continuesly looking at Zamid as he has not even said a single word during all this time.

All the cousins heard this final statement of Asfand. They were not shocked anymore but it was still very uncomfortable for them to think about Hana and Rayaan as married couple.

“I am not really liking this! I mean, look at their age-gap and to think that we will have to accept hana in our group! And also, what if hana will know about Rayaan bhai’s proposal then she will definitely separate him from us as she will use Rayaan bhai’s love for her to her advantage. I don’t want us to get separated! You guys know na that it has never happended before! We have always lived together and then to think that we will be separated just like that, it is really frightening for me!” Samman said this everyone. Others also nodded at this and then they saw everyone getting up from their seats. All the elders stood up and they were making their way to their rooms. The cousins hurriedly went back upstairs to zayn’s room so that no one can know that they were evesdropping in elder’s discussion.

The whole next week went just like that. Everyone was behaving differently with hana. Hana’s dadi jaan always called hana to her room after dinner and made her massage her (Dadi jaan’s) feet. Hana was enjoying it because it was the first time that her Dadi jaan actually asked hana for some sort of a favour. Hana also had to inject her Dadi jaan with an insulin injection for the whole previous week. Hana could not understand that why her dado was making her do the injection too as there were two doctors (Samman and Zarmeena) already in the house but she went with it anyways.
