Alice stared at him with wide eyes and thought that he believed in herself.

"Miles" She struggled to prop up her body, her clear eyes staring straight at him, her eyes filled with expectation.

Behind him, Caroline's complacency and relaxation had disappeared, and her entire body was tense with nervousness.

Miles stood in front of Alice and slowly squatted down.

"What do you have to prove?" He asked.

Alice hurriedly grabbed his arm and said, "It proves that Caroline is not what you saw. She is actually a sinister and scheming woman..."

"Crack!"

A loud slap fell on Alice's face.

"What did you say Caroline was?" He stared coldly at Alice, his dark eyes without the slightest bit of emotion.

Alice tilted her head and her mouth smelled of blood.

"Miles" She understood in despair. The hopes in her bright eyes were all shattered into trash and gray. "Don't you believe me?"

Miles didn't even bother to answer Alice's question. He just stared at her and warned her coldly.

"Caroline is different from a bitch like you. In the future, if you slander her again, I will deal with you once!"

With that, Miles turned around, pulled Caroline's hand and left.

Caroline lowered her eyelids; her eyes is full of relaxation after the calamity. As she turned around, she couldn't help but proudly throw a mocking cold look at Alice on the ground.

"Miles, thank you for believing me" Caroline said softly as she leaned towards Miles.

Miles wrapped his arms around her waist and said softly, "Of course, I believe you. How can I believe that woman who is full of lies?"

Alice bit her lips hard.

She's full of lies?

She had never lied to him about anything!

The pain in his lower abdomen became even more intense. Alice hurriedly climbs out with both her hands and feet. The bleeding between his legs continued, leaving a shocking mark on the ground.
