Kendra's POV

I slowly stretch out my tired limbs as I wake up. I feel a small body pressed against me and I turn around to find Noah. His small hands were across my stomach and his head was on my chest.

I run my fingers through his hair and he slowly starts to wake up.

"Fify." He says as he yawns and rubs his eyes. He sit up and looks at me. A frown forms on his face.

"Your eyes are gold?" He says in a confused tone.

"My name is Kendra, I am your sisters wolf." I say in a soft tone.

"But fify isn't a werewolf." He says and looks even more confused.

"No, she is a lucan. I am one of the first ever shifters. It is a very long story and I don't think you will understand it, but all you need to know is that, I would never ever hurt you bilbo. You are my brother as well and I will always protect you, just like Sophia does. Okay?"

"Okay Kendra, but when will Sophia be back?" He asks.

"I am afraid she won't be back for a little while. After everything she went through, she needs a little bit of time, but she loves you so much. She just needs to rest, but don't worry I'll be here the entire time." I say in a soothing tone and place a small kiss on his fore head.

"Okay, just tell her to get better soon. I really miss her, I miss my sister." He says and his eyes get a little foggy. A pung of hurt formed in my heart for the little boy.

"She misses you so much too. Just give her a little time." I say to him and he nods. I give him a hug and he gives me a hug back.

"If I remember correctly you love pancakes?" I ask and he nods again.

"So what about we go make some?" I say and his head shoots up.

"Yes! Please!" He yells and the fogginess disappear from his eyes and a smile takes its place. He grabs my hands and drags me of the bed and down the stairs into the kitchen.

"Strawberry pancakes or chocolate pancakes?" I ask as I turn on the stove.

He scratches his head and looks as if he is making the toughest choice ever.

"Both!" He says with a full teeth smile and I laugh at his cuteness.

"Then let's start."

Grayson's POV

I slowly start to wake up and I grown out in frustration. I slept terribly. My wolf was up all night, telling me to go to his mate. The mate bond grew stronger, since Ryder and Ryker have communicated with Kendra and since we marked her our wolves could communicate through links.

Williams walks out of the bathroom and falls onto the bed.

"Didn't get much sleep?" I ask with a tired voice. He just growns.
