Other beings could utilize them to a very little extent, as it logically took too much resources to bring forth something with the exact same level of power and origin as yourself.

If a normal Hegemony were able to utilize an ability of cloning another being that could display 100% of their original body’s power and might, it meant they had to replicate their whole origin to be able to do so. They would have to drain nearly all of their mana reserves and spend hours doing it until such a process was complete!

But since the clone came from the same source, it would be utilizing the essence that was filled up within its origin and then also using the essence of the main body when its essence was drained.

So for many existences, it was essentially creating another source of drainage for their Mana Reserves that they couldn’t really afford unless they had enormous reserves of Mana!

An example was Valentina that had just learned the Blood Clone ability, and even with her expanded Mana reserves under her position as Noah’s Vassal, she was only able to form and provide essence for a single Clone that she sent repeatedly over to the Animus Universe for battle.

Normal existences like her could only afford a single clone.

But then...you had Noah.

You had an existence that could provide all the mana required for even changing the nature of a genuine Universe, and such a being was connected to a Hegemony at this moment!

The brilliant Universe of the Blue Slime had heavy requirements to reproduce, but Noah had no problem reproducing it as he had no problems with mana. So the Blue Slime simply pulled along the connection it had with its Master as within seconds, a clone with a genuine Universal Origin was formed.

Then a second...

And a third!

This went on until 4 brand new clones were produced, reaching the maximum limit of 5 Clones that the Blood Clone ability provided when one took into account the already active clone in the Chthonian Universe.

So right after Noah told a Hegemony to shut up within this Universe, he waved his hands as he teleported one of the clones of the Blue Slimes over, the aura of another fantastical Hegemony spreading out.

The black scales of the Great Old Kubo shook at such a scene, and they shook even harder when in the next moment, Noah’s eyes continued to wave forth multiple times.

RUMBLE!

A third Blue Slime appeared...a fourth...and a fifth one!

In a short period of a few seconds, enormous Blue Slimes reaching over tens of thousands of miles in diameters appeared to surround the single Great Old Kubo as shockingly, a fearful yelp released from this aged existence!

"Ah...!"

The Chthonian horror was actually feeling immense stupor and fear at this moment, and it wasn’t alone as outside the boundaries of the Chthonian Universe, the huge body of the Hegemony of Smithing was also shaking as he nearly dropped his hammer.

He had just been talking about how it was just one Universal Emperor Slime, and that they didn’t all have to be jittery when the time came that this being questioned them of their actions hundreds of thousands of years ago!

Yet...he was now seeing the genuine auras of 5 Hegemonies that each looked like the Blue Slime, and all of them were called forth with a wave of a hand from the Apex Paragon.

The Hegemonies were confounded to an extreme as too many natural laws were broken to bring the current reality to fruition!
