In the case of the Chthonians, he had already begun utilizing the [Architecture] feature of the Universal Core that had moved on from just being able to design buildings and landmass to now being able to design entire star systems and galaxies.

In preparation for bringing these Chthonians into the Dark Universe, his main body had already been using this feature in the past day to design enormous Galaxies and star systems that fit with the Chthonians!

The glorious Universal Core simply pulled in the boundless mana and essence it was able to call upon from Noah as things were shocking done with utter ease.

As these Chthonians were transported into another Universe...they would find that it doesn’t look all that different from their old homes!
