The ability of Oath to Emperor was unique as in its description, it theoretically granted Noah's vassals a 50th of his power or even a tenth of his power…but it didn't live up to its description as its authority wasn't enough to truly do what it stated, with the reality-altering authority required to do something like this simply not being enough for a concept that was at Quasi-TABOO and now at TABOO!

So the ability was modified as it now focused on a single Aspect of Noah's.

The soul was the area that Noah had exceeded first, liquifying it and gaining a Primogenial Soul as even then, the strain on his other Aspects of Existence wasn't too horrendous to cause a dangerous imbalance!

Now the souls of his people would be raised to the highest stage they could handle as this…would be the biggest boost for them to build a strong foundation- solely based on how hard it was to elevate one's Soul.
