Towards the midpoint of the Protagonist stating his prophecy, his Primordium Core that had now given birth to his [Omniversal Sense] had buzzed and emulated an interference from the surroundings themselves.

From the Omniverse itself.

From the complex weavings of Existential Extremity Authorities that Sona had been looking at in a distant area!

The latter part of the Prophecy Noah had produced…was influenced by either an Omniversal Authority or multiple Omniversal Authorities.

Or specific weavings of Existential Extremity Authorities mixed in with Omniversal Authorities!

And Noah…had to insert his own data into all of this, have it not be buried down into oblivion, and instead integrate with the flow of whatever Omniversal Authority in order to borrow its influence.

In order to borrow the influence of hundreds of Existential Extremity Authorities!

To accomplish such a feat required one's Dominium to first even be capable of seeing and following these complex weavings, and to then be strong enough, have an existential authority that was strong enough…or skip multiple parts of this process by relying on something like the Codex of Extremity.
