He aided in the death of Savitar and devoured his Delegatus and the Dark Matter Core, and this drew the attention of another terrifying Outerversal Morphon that was plotting behind the scenes. This Morphon was then powerful enough to locate Omniverse X-999 and lead Savitar towards it!

Cause! Effect!

It felt like countless intricate strings that were all moving together, and if Noah could manipulate them enough…he felt like he could control the possible future effects from whatever causation there were.

This…was the aim of Invictus Maximus!

Savitar's massive body crossed as his Outerversal Authority leaked out and caused vibrant reactions with the surrounding Omniverse that caused him to feel giddy.

The sheer concentration of Omniversal Authority within this Omniverse was nuts as he had been in other Omniverses that the Commonwealth held control in!

He had some weak Delegatus in some as he knew of the Existential Terraforming the Commonwealth commonly performed.
