Even if one held an entire treasure vault of resources, weapons, and food inside a Spatial Ring, Spatial Necklace, or an Isolated Space deep inside of them- they wouldn't be able to access it as there was no such thing as authority to get through to these spaces and take things out.

So there could be no preparation for Hell Terra Firma.

Ozymandias utilized combinations of Tungsten, Gold, Titanium, Osmium, Cesium, Diamond, Topaz, and more to construct armaments and weapons that would be nearly unbreakable in nature, with others granted malleability and softness as even heavy armor and huge weapons were forged with extremely light metal to the point that even a child could lift them.

Survival gear to treat wounds, antibiotics, pain medication, containers filled with water, containers filled with foods, and much more were sent into that pool as these resources that were of terrifying scarcity in Hell Terra Firma…Ozymandias was about to flood them into this place!
