The choices that he made. The distortions of causality.

His entrance into the Purgatory Lands and his subsequent exit seemed to be part of a chain of reactions that caused all the things occurring right now.

He thought of Vitalis and Vacuous.

He came from a place that could be considered a farm for Fruits of Existence- built upon the labor and weavings of others.

And even those who used to be mysterious entities that lived far above…were crushed under his heel in time.

He thought of the Infiniverse Megalos Seed and Ruination.

He thought of many things in this short span of time as…

Was he free?

"I am free."

WAA!

He replied succinctly.

The choices that he had made were his own.

There was nobody whispering in his ear telling him to take this step or that step. There was nobody forcing him to do anything.

But even while saying all of this, there was no denying that there could be an influence.

He made his choices, yes, but that was after he was put in certain situations. This was the influence and the complexity of interactions of others.

In all of existence, he was not alone. There were others with their own weavings resonating with him and countless more, and it was only through this unfathomable web of weaving that everything existed!

Interactions. Causality.

He felt it more and more at this moment, with him being truly severed from existence as he saw that his control over his interactions and lines of causality connecting him from one person to another could be modified or cut off in a way he could not do before.

So even with all of this considered, he still knew that he was free.

And yet this unfathomable being before him asked him such a question as he himself wondered whether he was free.
