Chapter 590 - The Bell Has Been Rung! II

At the very precipice of the Novus Galaxy, in the corner of the Letalis Expanse where only Controllers could discern an area where the bounds of this Galaxy passed, two figures were staring at a broken space.

"Haha! Haha!"

Wild laughter that reeked of madness flowed out from the one responsible as the area that he had destroyed vibrated intensely!

VOOOM!

An extremely strong absorbing force leaked out from the portion where Aldrich had broken the barrier of the Novus Galaxy, Noah’s essence forming into tendrils of Aether and reaching out as it grabbed around Aldrich who was about to get sucked in through the octagonal shattered space.

"Haha! Do not blame me!"

Wrathful and incoherent laughter was all that came from Aldrich at this moment as his body seemed nearly depleted of essence after stopping Noah’s advance and shattering a portion of a barrier of an entire Galaxy.

Noah looked towards the shattered octagonal space as what he saw behind it was truly terrifying, his awareness barely being able to spread out a few meters as all he saw was immense blackness!

The space immediately outside the bounds of the Novus Galaxy was terrifyingly empty and black!

"What did you do? What purpose does this serve?!"

Noah’s voice rang out coldly towards Aldrich as the Founder currently had his arms and legs stretched out in four directions, the force from the void outside the Novus Galaxy threatening to swallow him whole and rip him apart the moment that Noah released him.

Aldrich did not nearly have enough essence that would allow him to actually utilize the abilities of a Grand Controller to traverse outside of it, yet Noah observed as this being actually continued to laugh with no fear, his gaze actually looking towards him mockingly!

"Haha! You do not know? I thought as the main puppet, you would know everything that was happening!"

Foreboding words were the only thing coming from Aldrich as Noah tugged at his essence, the tendrils of Aether that were holding Aldrich in place bringing him closer as Noah observed the wide-open octagonal shattered space.

There seemed to be a greater meaning to Aldrich’s actions that Noah had not grasped yet, so he brought the figure of the Founder close to him until he landed on his palm, his enormous figure that was still over a hundred miles looking down with shining red eyes as his two clones flanked his left and right.

"What did you do?"

"I did the only thing I could when cornered to such a state, I called for the destruction of the enemy I could not defeat!"

Aldrich’s reply came in between his maddened laughs, his words continuing as his image completely lost all dignity and he looked more and more like a raving lunatic.

"The destruction of my home...haha! A fitting end for the enemy that raised me up and then threw me away like nothing!"

Shocking words of destruction released from the Founder as Noah’s eyes squinted, his gaze turning murderous as the palm he had Alrich on began closing.

"Haha! It is too late now! Even a puppet like you will not be able to stop it!"

Noah was prepared to stop listening as he wanted to simply eradicate Aldrich right away, absorbing his memories as he simply learned what the meaning of this creature’s actions were.

"The bell has been rung!"
