“Daddy’s so good to Mommy,” Betty said, admiration and hope in her eyes. “My future husband must treat me this well, too!”

Julian’s face darkened with displeasure.

Diana smacked Julian to stop him from brainwashing Betty. “Don’t stop her from growing up.”
