NATALIE'S POV:

I woke up with a heavy head and found myself in the same hospital room with drips on my hand. All the events started to flash in front of my eyes. I saw the battle between the wolves, I saw Kylie, Anna, and Cassandra transforming into a wolf in front of my eyes. I know this is something unbelievable, but I saw this with my own eyes. I always thought werewolf, vampires, they exist in a fictional world. Ahhh, this all seems like a dream. I need to find out the truth.

I sat up on the bed and the moment I was about to remove the drips from my hand, a lady came rushing.

"Luna, Luna-- please lay down. Alpha shall get angry on me"

Oh god, if I don't listen to her she'll surely call Alpha, I mean Theodore. I need to give her some excuse. I thought.

"I am thirsty, I need a glass of water", I replied.

"Luna, the jug and glass are kept on the table beside you", She replied pointing at the table.

"Ya, I know that but I don't want that water, could you please get me a glass of freshwater?"

"Sure" she replied and left from the room.

No sooner did she leave, I removed all the drips from my hand and ran from the room. While running, I heard Theodore's voice from a room. I tiptoed to the room and tried to hear their discussion.

A man asked Theodore, "Theodore, could you please tell us, how Natalie is Haya Ma'am and Neil Sir's daughter?"

One second, how do they know mommy and daddy and why is he referring to them as Sir and Ma'am. I was confused.

Cassandra inquired, "Manik even though she is Haya Ma'am and Neil sir's daughter, how can she be a human?"

What do they mean, how's she a human? Momma and Dadda, weren't they humans?

"Because she had been adopted by Uncle Neil and Aunt Haya", Theodore replied and I was shocked to listen to Theodore's words.

"Theodore we are unable to understand, what are you saying?", Theodore's friend Steven asked.

"I'll narrate to you everything", an old man told in a low voice and narrated the complete story

My real parents were killed when I was born, my adoptive parents too got killed just to save me! Oh god, this all it's not true. These werewolves, these wars, I, a healer, I am unable to understand anything. If it's true, then I am so unfortunate, so many people died because of me. I couldn't stop myself from crying. It all felt like a nightmare. Uncle Tony, Aunt Maria, they are not my real uncle and aunt. I am having no one in this world.

"Theodore does Natalie knows about all these things?', Cassandra inquired.

"No Cassandra, I don't think so and it's better she doesn't get to know", Theodore replied.

"Manik, the Red Blood Pack knows that Natalie is in our pack, they might attack us again", a man told.

"I'll protect my mate and will increase the patrolling on the borders. There is a traitor in our pack we need to find out!", Theodore told.

He was still ready to protect me, despite his entire family getting killed while saving me Such a fool he is!.

Suddenly, Theodore's friend Steven's eyes went upon me and I looked at him with tears in my eyes. He muttered something to Theodore and Theodore turned back immediately and his eyes met mine.

"Natalie", He called my name softly but I didn't listen to him and ran from there while he followed me.

"Natalie, please listen to me", he called out.

I went to the bedroom and sat on the bed crying badly. Theodore knelt in front of me and held my hands.

"Please tell me, whatever I heard was a lie", I told crying.

"Natalie, when you have heard everything, I won't lie to you now. It's all true", He replied.

"No, it's not true. Werewolf and all they don't exist. It's all myth, they exist in a fictional world", I kept on denying.

"Baby you cannot run from the truth. You have to accept it", he told softly wiping off my tears gently.

"No, it's not true. It's all a dream. Everything is a nightmare, you are a nightmare, everything is a nightmare", I replied crying and hitting him on his chest.
