Kidnapped by the Alpha novel Chapter 8

NATALIE'S POV:

"Natalie you quickly freshen up and then we will have lunch", Cassandra said smiling.

"I am not hungry, nor do I want to stay over here", I replied in a muffled voice.

"But why?" Kylie asked.

"I have been kidnapped by Theodore. Would you stay with your kidnapper?", I asked Kylie bitterly.

"Okay okay, calm down", Kylie told flinching back.

Damn Natalie!. Why are you removing your anger on that poor girl? They all are only trying to cheer you.

"I am so sorry", I said holding my ears.

"It's okay sweetheart You don't need to apologize," Kylie told smiling.

"Look, Natalie, Theodore is a good person. He won't keep you captive. He won't hurt you. He loves you a lot", Cassandra said.

"But he is weird and I am afraid of him", I replied.

Anna came to the room, smiling. "Whom are you scared of babe?", She asked.

"Theodore", I replied.

"Really! you're scared of him? He is not that dangerous", Anna said.

What does she mean by ' not that dangerous'? I thought.

"He is not at all dangerous.", I heard a sharp voice. I raised my head and saw a guy standing at the door. He was in his twenties. He had blue eyes, jet black hair, and he quite resembled Theodore, in his looks,

"Hey, I am Zen. The younger brother of Theodore", He told smiling. "You need not be scared of him. He really loves you and is not going to hurt you anyway. He is going to protect you always"

"But why has he kidnapped me? I don't even know him", I asked.

"It will dawn upon you very soon. But I can tell one thing, he is not at all bad.", Zen replied.

A woman of mid-thirties came to the room and bowed her head.

"Sir, Beta Steven, and Gamma Daniel are waiting for you!"She said.

"Tell them to proceed, I'll join them soon", Zen replied and the woman bowed her head, and left from the room.

"Are you all rays?", I asked him, in a low voice.

"What?", Zen asked confusingly.

"People call Theodore as Alpha and now the woman, who came to the room, told Beta Steven and Gamma Daniel", I said.

"Yes, so?" Zen asked.

"I have studied in Science about alpha rays gamma rays, beta rays. Alpha radiation is the name for the emission of an alpha particle, in fact, helium nuclei, beta radiation is the emission of electrons, and gamma radiation is the term used for the emission of energetic photons." I told and everyone present in the room stared at me as if I was an alien.

"Girls I need to go. Please take care of her. All the best", Zen told smiling faintly.

"Bye Natalie", he told smiling, waving his hands.

"Bye", I replied smiling and he took a leave.

"Natalie, now, you quickly freshen up, then we will have our lunch and will gossip, for hours", Cassandra said laughing.

I smiled and went to the bathroom. I stood in the shower closing my eyes. The hot water relaxed my body. I still had numerous questions in my mind and I needed answers to them. I quickly freshened up and wore black shorts and a red crop top.

"Hey, you are looking gorgeous!", Cassandra exclaimed.

"Thank you", I replied smiling. I sat in front of the mirror and brushed my hair. I quickly tied a plait. Suddenly my eyes went to the mirror and I saw Theodore standing at the door and looking at me. A smile lingered on his lips. I don't know why, but I couldn't stop myself from blushing under his gaze.

"Did you have your lunch?", he inquired and I replied a no.

"Why? Didn't I tell you to have lunch? Why do you keep on disobeying me? ", He asked in a stern voice.

Kylie quickly took a stand for me and replied, "Theodore, she went to take a shower."

"Omega", he called out in a shrill voice and a woman came rushing.

"Yes Alpha?", She replied bowing her head.

"Get food for Luna, right now.", He ordered

Poor lady, she nodded shivering with fear, and left from the room to carry out the orders given to her.

"This man has so much of attitude, he is a perfect example of Devil in disguise! He is a rascal!" I started speaking to myself mentally.

"Stop cussing me", he told sharply and I stared at him with my eyes wide open.

"Fuck, does he knows to read a mind? Indeed a devil he is!" I muttered again.

He left the room, not before telling the girls, "I have some work, I need to leave. Make her eat something and if she refuses to eat, call me at once"

"Such an arrogant person he is!", I told angrily. "Does he knows to read someone's mind?"

"No babe, you weren't cussing him in your mind, you were speaking loudly", Cassandra told.

"What?, I asked shockingly. "Damn, I am going crazy these days!"

A few women came with trays in their hands and arranged the food on the table.

"Thank you so much. You all can leave now", Anna said smiling, and they left shutting the door.

"I am hungry, I did not have my breakfast too", Kylie whined, like a small kid.

"Come sit Natalie", Cassandra said smiling, pulling a chair for me beside her.

"Mumma I don't want to go to school", I told crying.

"Why my baby doesn't want to go to school?", Mom asked wiping my tears.

"Mom I am feeling scared. Please, you and Daddy also accompany me", I pleaded as I was getting intuitions that something bad is going to happen.

"Baby, Daddy, and I have some urgent work. But we promise you, tomorrow we will drop you at school and will pick you up too", she told lovingly.

"Promise?", I asked.

"I promise baby", mom replied kissing on my cheeks.

At noon, when I came back from school, Aunt Maria informed me that mom and dad didn't come back yet. I waited for them, the entire night.

The next morning we got to know, that the forest officers had found their dead body in the forest. They told me that they were killed by an animal attack.

Kylie noticed tears in my eyes. She asked worriedly, "Hey babe, are you okay?"

I immediately wiped off my tears and replied, "Yes I am fine"

"Natalie, meet her she is my daughter Ziva", Anna told smiling.

"Hi. I am Ziva. Who are you?", she asked me cutely.

"Hi Ziva, I am Natalie", I replied smiling. I noticed a locket on her neck.

I touched the locket and it started to glow.

Kylie, Anna, and Casandra started looking at each other shockingly.

"Have you seen this locket before?", Kylie asked.

"Yes. My parents gifted me the same locket when I was young.", I replied.

"What is your parent's name?", Cassandra inquired.

"Haya and Neil", I replied and everybody looked at me with a shocked expression.

"What did you say?", Theodore asked coming to the room.

"What did I say?", I asked in a low voice.

"Who are your parents?", Theodore asked.

"Haya and Neil", I replied and he too was shocked.
