Actually, Lily is not Ryan's type. But he has grown attached to her. Trying constantly to get close to her, he sometimes has the illusion of having her already.

With that in mind, Lee agrees, "Alright, you have four hours. Coming back any later will render you in a worse shape."

Four hours are all he need.
