Skyler said nothing. Wilbur took out his phone and made a call.

A while later, Faron's voice rang through the phone. "Dude, really? Why didn't you tell me you were going out to have fun?"

"Cut the crap. I've got a task for you."

"Sure! Just say the word!" Faron was beside himself with excitement.

"The person in charge over here at Twelven Town's a piece of shit. He pocketed the fifty million dollars we donated and had the nerve to tell us it was protection fees to pay the local hooligans. Call for a disciplinary inspection and have them send a whole team over. If you can, get Elsa to follow up with a team of Special Forces officers too. I want a thorough takedown, bear down on them as hard as possible. Weed out every last bad egg. The people here deserve a better life," said Wilbur.

Faron barked out a laugh. "You've come to the right person, then! I'll get to that disciplinary inspection right now."

"Aren't you out on the streets?" Wilbur asked, confused.

Faron chuckled. "That case of that friend of yours is nearing its end. I got transferred for training at the Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection for my immense contribution. It's no small feat. I'm now a deputy member."

"Yeah, right. You don't have to be so smug about it. Your old man's still better," Wilbur said, unimpressed.

Faron whined, "Hey, I got the position because I did well!"

"Yeah, yeah. Just get it done."

"It's too late right now. I'll send a team over tomorrow and give him hell."

"Cool."

Wilbur hung up the phone, and Skyler gave him a thumbs-up. "You're the best, Boss."

"Since he's trying to plot against me, I'll play along. We'll see who's the better player here," Wilbur said with a sneer.

Skyler could not help but shake his head.

Wilbur finished watching the video with a frown. "The place looks like a dump. How does he have it in him to keep doing this?"

"Nothing matters to a person who has lost their conscience," Skyler said, shaking his head.

Wilbur let out a long sigh. "At least we've done the people a favor now. Give the video to the people in charge of the disciplinary inspection later."
