Andre shrugged, then poured Wilbur a glass of red wine. It looked as thick as blood.

Wilbur scoffed and said, "I've set my rules in Seechertown. If you break them, you'll have to be punished regardless of your identity."

"Mister Penn, I believe you've got me wrong this time. I really have no idea what you're talking about," Andre said helplessly.

Wilbur frowned. Andre did not seem like he was lying.

However, he could not imagine who else would cause a bloody scene like that apart from the Church of Bloodism.

"Are you sure it's not you?"
