As he uttered the words, one of the Bloody Pythons was swallowed right into his stomach. Derkley shot up a good few inches, and his bloodshot eyes indicated that he had finally cast his ultimate move—the Bloodsucker!

Wilbur searched through the spell Derkley had just cast with his Iris Veritas, raising an eyebrow in mild interest.

Despite the fact that Derkley was only at peak Ambience level, his physique had improved greatly among many other aspects.

It was clear that the spell entailed keeping a special bloody liquid in his body, which would be activated in a battle and turned into energy by feeding on himself!

"Go to hell!"

Upon improving his powers, Derkley charged at Wilbur immediately. He leaped into the air once he was ten meters from Wilbur, throwing a heavy punch at Wilbur's head.

There was a loud collision.

Wilbur did not avoid Derkley's seemingly powerful punch. Instead, he reached out to grab Derkley's fist and flung him out against the gate of stone pillars at the head of the bridge.

Rocks and debris sprayed into the air as the dozen or so stone pillars were blown to pieces. Derkley got a face full of sand and dust as well, making him quite a sorry sight.

Meanwhile, Enoff watched the battle from afar, all while video-calling Kyra so she could watch as well.

Kyra was currently sitting in a mansion somewhere in Aidementon, and she turned to a pair of siblings next to her. "Take a look at this battle and give your comments. Whoever gets it right will get to lead Aidementon for real after my plan succeeds. Who wants to go first?"

A brown-haired man looked at his sister next to him with a shrug. "I'm older, so I'll just let Lauria go first."

Yet the pretty lady, who had been watching the battle seriously, pursed her lips at the words. "C'mon, Madam Kyra! This guy's clearly got Derkley wrapped around his finger. Even if Derkley does manage to somehow get to the Sanctuary level, the other guy's going to beat him to a pulp. Also, something tells me that the other guy seems to be dragging this battle out on purpose. It's like he's waiting for something."

Kyra nodded in agreement. "You're not wrong. According to the news I just received, Erin just entered Aidementon after investigating Rabbick's disappearance. He'll be in Fenler soon. If that guy knows that one of Mondorra's two elites is here, he's going to go looking for Erin for sure. Also, Erin has the hots for Derkley's daughter. Either way, he's going to be taking Derkley's side. I just don't know if Derkley can hold out until Erin gets here!"
