Since it was a private auction, it was fair enough that Wilbur paid the amount he bade for.

Harold exited the room and returned to the club, watching over the auction as it continued on.

Wilbur bade for all twenty Dashan items that were put up for auction. A total of thirty items had been auctioned off by now, and they were down to the last six.

The remaining six items consisted of two mid-century oil paintings, a golden dagger, two suits of armor, and a single black rock.

Wilbur passed on the oil paintings, not bidding for them at all. He searched through the golden dagger and the two sets of armor and found that there was a bit of spiritual energy hidden in them. Upon discovering this, he bought all three items.

The last item up for auction was a large black rock weighing almost a hundred kilograms. Three staff members carried it onstage, setting it down on the display podium.

The emcee said, "Take a look at the star of tonight's auction, ladies and gentlemen! Would any of you like to guess what kind of a rock this is, and where it comes from?"

"It's a jade rock, so it should be from a mine."
