"Yeah. According to my sources, Gaben Sun will attend an underground auction tonight with his collectibles. I heard that Gaben's collectibles are worth ten million dollars. It's impossible for someone like him to purchase collectibles worth ten million dollars."
"I got it."
"What will you do about this, bro?"
"Don't alarm the enemy. Make some arrangements. We'll attend the auction tonight."
"Alright."
Wilbur changed his appearance at night into Trevor Penn and went to an underground bar in Seechertown with Faron. Faron took out his invitation card and led Wilbur into the underground auction.
They found seats in the back row and waited for a while, then they saw Gaben walking in with a young man.
"F*ck, that's him!" Faron wanted to get up. Wilbur quickly stopped him and said, "Don't be reckless. Do you know him?"
Faron endured his anger and replied, "That's the guy who raced me last night. He has no sportsmanship! He flipped me off and spat at me."
Wilbur looked at the young man, and he realized that the young man seemed familiar. He thought about it and remembered the young man was the arrogant guy he ran into outside of the museum.
"Relax. Since he humiliated you while you raced, you should win your dignity back by racing. I'll give you a chance. You should drive when we head back."
Then, Wilbur passed the car keys to Faron.
"Alright. I've been waiting for this chance."
Faron did not know that Wilbur had shifted his focus from the paintings to that bronze cauldron. Wilbur could not believe that the bronze cauldron on the screen was the same as the one Tina gave him.
However, the one that Tina gave him had three dragon engravings. The bronze cauldron at the auction only had one dragon engraving. Although two dragon engravings were missing, Wilbur knew that the bronze cauldron was extraordinary.
The auction started after the host introduced it. The first item being auctioned was a vase, the second item was a jade beast statue, and the third item was an ancient porcelain bowl. It was said to be a bowl that the Emperor used. The three items were quickly auctioned. The ten paintings Gaben brought were also auctioned. The final bidding price was up to thirty million dollars. Gaben and that young man were sitting in the front row, and they looked overjoyed.
Then, the host said, "The following collectible is a bronze cauldron from an ancient era. There is a dragon engraving on it, so it's a royal item. Everyone, please state your price."
The showgirl held the tray that had the bronze cauldron on it. She showcased it around on the stage, then she placed the bronze cauldron on the display table.
"Three hundred thousand dollars!"
