Wilbur knew that Locke had made up his mind to sacrifice himself and clenched his fists. "Mister Locke, I know it is not my place to request this upon you, but you can't just screw all of Rostead over for your own personal gain."

"Oh, really? What, are you going to stop me? Do you want to kill me? I've dominated the economy for two whole decades. God knows how many people want me dead! It's a pity they all ended up dead, and you're going to meet the same fate as them, Wilbur Penn!"

Having finished his response, Locke suddenly reached out with his right hand. His arm extended a dozen or so meters, grabbing Wilbur and raising him into the air.

A powerful, terrifying aura filled the room. Wilbur summoned the thunder cleaver, swinging it out and chopping Locke's arm clean off before landing back on the floor.

"You bastard!"

Locke glowered at Wilbur. He bent over, and it was seen that his back had split open. A huge hand reached out from the mess of blood and flesh, grabbing at Wilbur.

Wilbur swung the thunder cleaver around blow after blow, and it was not long before he had chopped off several of Locke's arms. The next second, he leaped downwards and swung a blow towards Locke's back. Just then, however, blood gushed out of Locke's back before turning into a wall.

Wilbur's thunder cleaver struck the bloody wall, which partially ate up the thunder cleaver and held it in place. Wilbur could not pull the cleaver out no matter how hard he tried, and it was wrenched out of his grasp and absorbed into the wall.

He walked out of the manor to the sight of a car with Perry in the driver's seat. "So? Did he say yes?"

Bernard, who was sitting in the passenger's seat, cracked up laughing. It was clear that they had sensed the explosion of powerful spirit aura in the manor just now and knew that a huge battle must have broken out.

"Ugh. I don't want to talk about it."

Wilbur yanked the door open, getting into the car.
