"What? By myself? Is that even going to work?"

"That's the only way."

"Well, what happens if I can't stop the Shadow King? What then?" Wilbur was less than confident in himself and wanted to know what would happen if the mission were to fail.

Upon saying the words, the Shadow King turned into a pale wisp as he charged once more. The bearded cultivator's servant saw this happen and screamed in terror.

Wilbur could not afford to check on the servant and chased after the Shadow King right away.
