Wilbur got up and walked out. Just as he reached the opening of the mine, he heard a series of agonized screams. Wilbur came out of the cave and saw countless liquid figures chasing after the townsfolk.

The townsfolk were screaming at the top of their lungs as they ran for their lives.

"What the…"

Wilbur widened his eyes in shock. The sight looked like something out of a horror movie, but it was happening right before his very eyes. The next second, Wilbur released his dragon aura, shaping it into a large dragon that flew toward the village.

The dragon let out a deafening howl that shook the liquid figures' bodies apart. They scattered onto the ground, turning into black miasma that floated up into the air. The dragon chased after it, watching as the black miasma coalesced into Adam's figure in mid-air.

Adam threw his head back and laughed at the sight of Wilbur, devoid of any fear as he smirked. "I'm afraid your wish is going up in flames, Wilbur! Anderson Town shall burn to ashes from the flames of my rage! But before that, I'm going to kill you first."

Wilbur's eyes were bloodshot. "You bastard, I'm not going to let you go this time!"

Wilbur controlled the dragon to fly toward Adam, who laughed loudly as he retreated. At the same time, he chanted to conjure a huge black web in the sky that the dragon crashed into.

Boom!

The dragon exploded into dragon aura, and Adam eyed Wilbur coldly. "I guess you're not all that powerful, after all. Your time's up, Wilbur Penn."

As the words rang through the air, several clones split out of Adam's body to attack Wilbur from five different directions at the same time.

Adam gripped his sword, turning into a shadow that came hurtling toward Wilbur.

The dragon exploded the second it came into contact with Adam's sword. Adam did not slow down, continuing his attack. Wilbur grabbed the incoming sword, and the Light Gloves emitted a brilliant glow.

Adam's sword was turned into black miasma that the gloves absorbed at once. Adam came sprinting over but was turned into black miasma as well.

Before he disappeared, Adam said coldly, "I guess I won't be able to kill you without a body."

The next second, Barker's voice rang from behind Wilbur. "The battle's only just begun, Wilbur Penn."
