As he spoke, Punter glanced at Wynn, who nodded in acknowledgment. Following that, a powerful aura surged out of Wynn.

Wilbur's chest lurched. Wynn was a cultivator too and had been hiding his aura all along!

Wilbur found the whole thing rather peculiar. After all, Wilbur was at the Emperor level. If Wynn was only of Ambience level, Wilbur would have detected his aura, yet Wynn's aura had been completely undetectable to Wilbur from the start.

This made Wilbur curious as to how he had been able to do so. Wilbur saw the look of agony on Wynn's face and knew that there was no point in competing any further.
