The young man looked into the distance as he recounted.
"Those people went by the following names: Gary Chance, Fez Sullard, Cody Wentz, and Kevin Jenkins. All four of them committed a murder, but no one else knew about it. Gary was the most evil out of the four of them. One day, while Gary was selling his mirrors in Grindstone Town, he met and fell for the wife of Walter Colt, an antique dealer.
Colt's wife, Holly Summers, was also a fickle woman herself who was almost never loyal to her husband. She saw that Gary was interested in her and began sneaking him sultry glances here and there to seduce him. The two of them hooked up, and eventually, Gary came up with a plan to make Holly his own.
Holly was only with Walter for his money and wanted him dead a long time ago so she could ride off into the sunset with his money and a man she actually loved. Yet Holly could not bring herself to do such a thing on her own and thus teamed up with Gary to plot against Walter.
In the end, Gary poisoned Walter's food. This caused Walter to shout when he realized he was being poisoned, and Gary strangled him with a rope before anyone else could hear him. Gary and Holly then snuck Walter's corpse out of the house, throwing him down an ancient well.
Both Gary and Holly had agreed to tell anyone who asked about Walter that he was away for work and had left his antique shop to Gary in the meantime. Gary and Walter had long since struck up a firm friendship, and often helped Walter out in the shop as well. This would give him the perfect alibi for him to take over the antique shop.
Gary had thought that this would have him set for the rest of his life. Walter had left behind enough money for Gary to live ten lives over, and he now also had a beautiful wife by his side.
However, things did not turn out as such. Not long after Walter had been dealt with, Holly cooked a sumptuous dinner for her husband one fine evening. They wined and dined, and Holly had snuck sleeping pills into Gary's wine.
That night, Holly left Grindstone town with all of Walter's money and the love of her life, her childhood sweetheart. Gary awoke the next morning to realize that Holly had run away with everything. He was beside himself with fury and hated Holly to no end, but there was nothing he could do.
Sometimes the man would visit alone, sometimes he would come with his wife. Gary and his friends had seen the lady, Wendy Sanders. She was gorgeous, leagues better than Holly had ever been.
The four friends hatched a plan to ambush the Sanders at Cockcrow Hill, which was on the way to Gemglass Village. They were going to wait until Mister Sanders passed by with his wife to kidnap them, then kill Mister Sanders and do as they please with his wife.
Yet when the Sanders family passed by the hill, the four friends realized that they had also brought their daughter, Tammy, along with them.
The four friends kidnapped all three of them as planned, taking them up the hill. They took all of Mister Sanders' money before killing him. Wendy wanted her daughter to live, so she begged them to let Tammy go, promising they could do whatever they wanted with her as long as her dear daughter could live on."
