A carriage sped into the Chris family estate in the middle of the night.

Felix headed toward the Vermillion Bird Mountains immediately to look for Wilbur when he heard the news.

"It looks like the Dragon Slayer Organization caught on after all. I didn't expect it to be so soon," Wilbur whispered.

The servant who came to send the message knelt to the floor and begged, "Please save my lord, Mister Penn. If you can help him through this crisis, you'll have the support of two major families in Buck Town. You may share Buck Town together with my lord, Mister Penn."

Wilbur and Felix exchanged glances upon hearing that, looking rather shocked. Wilbur said, "Alright, you can go outside and wait for me. I'll be there shortly."

"Yes, sir. Please hurry, Mister Penn," he begged.

"Yeah, I got it," said Wilbur.

Felix sighed after the servant left. He said, "Damn, I didn't expect things to turn out this way. Lord Edmund would never offer to share Buck Town if he wasn't desperate. It's an extreme humiliation for a City Lord, after all. It looks like Lord Edmund was left with no choice."

Wilbur had a cold look. He said, "Senior Home, Edmund is in a bad place, but we can't forget that Edmund wouldn't have ended up like this if he didn't try to kill us back then."

Felix nodded and agreed, "Indeed."

Wilbur took a deep breath and said, "Therefore, Edmund can be an ally, but he can't be a friend."

Wilbur pulled him up from the ground as he spoke. The servant dried his tears and bowed at Wilbur with respect. Then, he drove the carriage and went back to the city Lord's residence with Wilbur as soon as he could.

They got out of the carriage and the servant walked quickly toward the courtyard. He yelled, "Sir, Mister Penn has arrived!"

Edmund walked out and saw Wilbur. He greeted Wilbur briefly and said, "Mister Penn, I hope you can help me out."

Wilbur gestured back and said, "Don't worry, Lord Edmund. I will try my best, but I hope you're a man of your word. We'll share the ruling of Buck Town from now on."

"Hahaha!" Edmund laughed heartily.
